Last year I purchase a birthday gift for my good friend, domain name with his name, I purchase the domain on Yahoo.com

He was very surprise and happy with the original gift idea.

A year pass and the domain was automatic renew, when I saw the email from Yahoo.com, I was shock.

Yahoo.com want to take $34.95 for a “year renewal”, in Godaddy.com I am paying around $7, I know that in recession company’s raise the prices but $34.95 for a year its $27 more than Go daddy.

Long story short – Eventually I was lucky that my credit card information was not updated, the transaction was not completed and now, my Yahoo account is suspended, until I will update the credit card information.

I am glad that all my domains are not with Yahoo.com
