Hi Everyone !
Today, I want to share with you an experiment I am doing with LinkBox.com.
One of my developing domain names is DeadSeaBathSalt.org.
Long time ago, When I did a research who owns the .com version, I discovered that it is Frank Schilling.
Because I dont have the money to invest in buying the .com, I discovered LinkBox.com is a great service by Frank Schilling when you can put your ad on any of the domains Frank Own.
Today I decided to make an experiment and put a banner on the .com version using LinkBox.com service.
The service cost 9 dollars a month and the ad is pretty big.
Now I want to see, How much traffic I will get from the .com.
I will update you in the end of the month about the stats…
Thank you Frank for giving me the opportunity to advertise on the .com version of my domain.
Most .com owners usually ask for a lot more than 9 bucks.
BTW – “This is not a paid post”.
Great Sunday To Everyone!

I don’t like the ad. I wouldn’t expect much traffic from it.
Does he allow you to make your own ad or did you? Text only ads?
It’s a great idea…just don’t like the ad.

Hi WQ !
You have the option to edit the text… no design or color option but lets see in a month.
Thank you for the comment.

Will look forward to the results as I have found myself in the same situation a month ago and saw the option on advertising on Franks domains that are related to my Gf’s online Business.

This will be a really interesting test and looking forward to the results! My hypothesis: I don’t think the link will drive a lot of traffic. When I go to Compete.com, your .org gets more traffic than the .com version (the .com version does not have a Compete.com profile). However, perhaps it gets type in traffic that’s not captured by Compete.com.

Ian , Thank You for the comment…
This is exactly what I am checking… type in traffic.
