Here's what I did....and I share to help b/c it helped me. I am a domainer btw :

1. Buy NIB clicking software. It clicks every time you stop moving you mouse. It takes getting used to, but it works.

2. Buy AirO2bic Mouse....your hand sits vertical instead of horizontal.....a more natural position.

3. Buy a chair that has extra wide and long arm rests b/c it allows for more support space leading up to the keyboard. Try to leave as little unsupporting space under your forearms.

4. Take breaks.

5. Soak your hands in hot water in the sink.

6. Be cognizant about using muscles outside the office. Sometimes you are using strained muscles without even knowing it.

7. Buy the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000. You will be shocked at how much more rested your hands are after switching to this. It's great.

8 Don't type when you don't have to.

9. If possibe, take multiple day breaks totally from your keyboard.

10. Pull you keyboard closer to your stomach and keep your arms tighter in towards your body. It takes less muscles.

I hope this helps.....I figured all this out on my own b/c if I did not I would not be able to continue with the pains I was having.

Computer/cell phone injuries going to be a HUGE problem here in the next few years.

What lots of people don't know is that you can get neve damage that makes your hands, arms, or fingers dumb where you can't feel or use them anymore.

Truly scary if you think about it!
